Administration Section consists of 2 units:


1. ADMINISTRATION UNIT
  • Administrating Units in Treasury Department

  • Performing Annual appraisals for officers and staffs

  • Dealing with budget management affairs of the department

  • Processing application forms for receipts and stationeries
2. CUSTOMER SERVICES CENTER UNIT

  • Maintaining Customers Services Level by monitoring the performance of every  counter services of this Department

  • Monitoring Customers Services Level through Suggestion Box and Complaints from the public

  • Attending to the training needs of this department's officers / staff

  • Co-ordinating briefing of Financial Regulation requested by government ministries / deprtments

  • Scheduling attachment / orientation for public officers and students in Treasury Department
