PMO announces appointment, transfer of senior officers

BY COMMAND of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) announced the transfer and appointment of several senior officers:

 

• Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Permanent Secretary (Management and International) at the Ministry of Finance has been transferred to the Prime Minister’s Office as Permanent Secretary (Corporate Affairs and Public Administration) at the Prime Minister’s Office;

 

• Norliah binti Kula, Accountant General at the Treasury  Department, Ministry of Finance has been appointed as Permanent Secretary (Performance) at the Ministry of Finance;

 

• Dr Hajah May Faezah binti Haji Ahmad Ariffin, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Economic and Finance) at the Prime Minister’s Office has been transferred to the Ministry of Finance as Deputy Permanent Secretary (Performance and Compliance) at the Ministry of Finance;

 

• Pengiran Hajah Siti Nirmala binti Pengiran Haji Mohammad, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Performance and Compliance) at the Ministry of Finance has been transferred to the Prime Minister’s Office as Deputy Permanent Secretary (Economic and Finance) at the Prime Minister’s Office; and

 

• Abdul Walid bin Haji Matassan, Senior Administrative Officer at Corporate Affairs and Public Administration Section, Prime Minister’s Office has been appointed as Deputy Permanent Secretary (Corporate Affairs and Public Administration) at the Prime Minister’s Office.

 

The date of transfer and appointment of the officers is effective Wednesday, 19 April 2017.
