A. How to create a 'paragraph title' with the icon.

1. Go to pixlr.com/editor/ (this is an online photoshop alternative)

2. Select Open image from URL

3. Cut & paste this: http://202.93.216.12/template.pxd

4. Select the "text layer" (on the right window box)

5. Select "Text tool" (on the left tool box)

6. Click the text to edit and type the new text inside the box. Click ok.

(** optional steps -if the text is longer or very short)
7. Select "white box layer" then, select "move tool".

8. Drag the white box to left or right to adjust and cover the blue line.

9. Save the image to your PC. Go to top menu > File > Save > JPEG.

You are now ready to upload the image to your Joomla Article.

B. How to insert new image inside the article.

1. Login as a publisher

2. Select the article that you want to edit (by navigating the menu)

3. Select "edit tool"

4. Select "upload image link" at the bottom, just below the article.

5. Upload the image to your designated folder (per division).

6. Browse the uploaded image in the library/archive, then select "insert"

(** Note: Make sure that the image width is within 693 pixels size. Heigth is flexible.)

C. How to adjust image size via HTML editor

1. Login as a publisher

2. Select the article that you want to edit (by navigating the menu)

3. Find the image to be adjusted (resize)

4. Put your cursor over the image and press Right click > open image in a new tab
(For IE user: Right click > Properties .. and you will see the Address/URL.)

5. Copy the image source... Highlight the filename and press Ctrl>C (to copy)

6. Go back to the article edit page and Click HTML editor. A small box will pop-up.

7. Inside that box, find the exact location of the image: Press Ctrl>F then , press Ctrl>V (to paste) in the search field to find.
You will see this similar code <img src="___________.jpg" border="0" />

8. Add this code width="90%" before /> .
So it will look like this example: <img src="image/filename.jpg" border="0" width="90%" />

You can adjust the width percentage . It's up to you.

9. Click update to take effect. (The box must close)

10. SAVE the article.

(** Note: There's another method. You can also use Photoshop, pixlr.com or paint software, then re-upload the image.
Make sure the width is within 693 pixels. Heigth is flexible. Avoid distorting the image proportion)
